Beauty Is Relative

Welcome to my Blog!

I have been thinking alot lately about society's views on beauty. The standards of attractiveness have changed so much over the centuries- from sturdy to dainty, aristocratic features to china-doll.
Each culture sees different things as beautiful, and our own outlook on the world starts shaping from early life. What we see as lovely, valuable, comes from what we are told, and even more by what we see.

So should we naturally seek to obtain what we see around us, or do we fight against it. Do we go along with the way things are, or do we think that a person's worth is more than skin-deep?

Please share your own opinions.

definitely. the world totally judges on appearances. if you are not beautiful, you are nothing.

it does seem so, but is society at all influenced by those who look deeper?
